Stay centered inside yourself,
and if you need to access information or ask a question regarding your life,
refocus your consciousness inside yourself, and ask;
Am I safe now? Am I centered? Am I present now?
and if the answer is NO, stop everything, focus inside, and
follow your breath back to your Heart Chakra.
In a few more breaths, ask the same question;
Am I safe now? You might notice a different answer.
